Quick Question on Db after Red So I have a Dual Blade around lvl 40-46 or something. I was wondering if they can actually raise slash storm to lvl 20 yet without buying the skill package from the cash shop yet? Just because of the all the talk on RED taking away the skill books and mastery books. So would I be able to raise my Dual Blades skills without actually monetary purcahses?

Unable to do targa/scarlion prequests Hey guys im unable to do the targa and sacrlion prequests on my level 111 Evan because the monsters that are needed to drop the items will not drop them. is there something wrong with the game atm? or is it something nexon has done to the game? P.S. Wondering if my above mentioned Evan can hit Targa 1 and 2. Would like an answer, but not needed.
