Well I have a Evil Wings, a Kage, and a Union Staff, and I just wanna know which one would be the best after the revamp. All of them are basically clean equips.

EW is still the best staff from 65 until you can get a Pyogo or an Ele. A well scrolled normal speed staff can be acceptable over a clean or poorly scrolled fast staff in some circumstances but in general you still want to go for as much speed as possible. Especially after we catch up to KMS and get our revamp and the new empress shoulder (empress shoulder allows 6 set effect w/o the weapon so we can get the 30% boss and keep our fast staves and the revamp ups the speed of FB which makes our weapon speed matter even more).
