So how do you like your meatballs?
Just as the title says, how do you Basilers like your meatballs?
EDIT: Or rather, how do you like your meatballs made and with what ingredients, since everyone's avoiding it anyways =3
I generally add garlic, onion, mustard, oregano, paprika, and maybe a touch of soy sauce and sesame oil on mine outside of the obvious ground meat, crumbs, egg, and salt&pepper.

I like adding in onions as well, and maybe pepper flakes.

the general italian seasonings - oregano, marjoram, basil, parsley, onion, garlic, cayenne
i've had great success filling them with mozzarella in the past
and not meatballs i made, but some more...generally seasoned meatballs with pineapple are great.

I don't like meatballs at all. Now if they removed the marinara sauce from them I might reconsider.

There's different kinds? I just eat whatever meatball is given to me.
