My pin is incorrect
The heck? I've used the same pin since 09 and now it says that it's incorrect. It was working fine before the server check... did I get hacked during the server check or something what's up? Anyone else have this problem?

Neither of my accounts were affected. One had an updated PIC while the other did not.
Nexon is currently having a problem with the game, ever since maintenance PINs have shown up as invalid for many accounts. If you're experiencing this problem it's also occurring to many others. Nexon is also having a problem with the START button on their webpage since, for many including myself, instead of launching the game the webpage simply refreshes. I wouldn't do anything too rash as to change your PIN since people are still experiencing this problem. Hopefully Nexon will fix this problem relatively soon since many players are unable to log in.
My brother is also having this issue. Time to turn on Livestream for the time being.
Changed my PIC, logged out, pics wrong again ._.

Do I have to reset my account security or is it just the PIC?
I tried resetting my PIC, but it keeps saying the old one is wrong. I used the old PIC for several years now.

I can't even log onto my main account, the PIC is wrong and I lost the email attached to it
Anyone with Hotmail accounts that got deleted are officially screwed, can't recreate them anymore. Only hope is the GM answering your ticket is nice enough to reset your email.
Luckily this didn't happen to my main account but for one of my other alternate accounts, not so much...

Update your email and reset the PIC. Otherw
make sure your email is updated to the one currently linked to your account, if it is, do it again so the system knows
just change it and log in.
