Lets start a revolution
All you hero's out there, we all know you want a revamp.
My idea is to get acknowledged by nexon as a class needing revamp.
How will we do this?
Well we can make a difference if our NUMBERS count.
In other words everyone make fourms on every maplestory website, send tickets,
And get online chat. GMs would turn you down but fear not , that is our goal. Get acknowledged and let them notice us
And soon step by step we will get closer to our goal.
Many of you might say this is pointless and there are probably many other arguments arguing against
This but know this where there is a pro there is a con. Let us stand for our name HERO and
Fight for our throne back which Hero's had for years of mapling!

indeed, i was getting very annoyed about heroes complaining when they were the best warrior around, so now that they do suck i am enjoying this.
Seeing threads like these outside of the Drk and Paladin sections is a breath of fresh air. Especially when it's during a time where my immediate reaction isn't to tell you that you're wrong, and etc etc. Ima enjoy this for awhile.

@tijack1: more HP is useless. by the time you're fighting the hard end bosses you'll either:
have enough defense and m.def to reduce the damage you receive massively
get hit in %'s of your hp, meaning you could have 10 hp and still have the same survivability as a demon avenger.

uff, long before that, heroes held the top spot for adventurer warrior since 4th job came out. DrK could do comparable damage but they had to be under half HP and managing that usually wasted time and thus damage, or even worse you didn't calculate it well enough in your head and died to a hit
and the current top warrior adventurer is the pally, not the DrK. DrK is great for training and is good for bossing with that gungnir, but in the end and on the bosses that matter pally es numero 1

Heroes should be not too great at defense because we should be the most offensive class. However, since heroes are close ranged, it would be unreasonable to give us terrible defense. I feel like right now heroes have too much defense. I would gladly trade it in for some offense.
If you want overpowered defense, honestly, heroes are not the class for you. At least that is my opinion. Right now we have decent defense. Anything more would make us quite the defensive class.
What sucks in the hero class in my opinion, is there hp/mp recovery skill and there DEF. They should make the hp/mp recovery skill recover 1500 or 2000HP every 2 or 3 sec or they should put a 2% damage absorbation rate every obs to advanced combo, since they don't have a lot of hp like the DK and they don't have a lot of DEF Like Paladin.

The way you speak even the lower tier classes could even solo empress. You speak of funds which not all maplers have.The world is not fair , someone has to be the lower class. We are talking about class skills and style.

I can think of a few more classes in more need of a revamp.
You Heroes can try and get your throne back... But it will be futile as the drks will fight for it back

Honestly, all I'd want is to have a cool keydown skill like Beam Dance or Mille Aguilles in 4th job... not that it's needed, just that it'd be cool =p
I don't think spamming everything is a honorable thing to do as a hero.
It more heroic to step down and let someone else to take the throne for once since we sat in it for so long.
Let's start by shutting the F up about Heroes. And move on already
From 2nd job to 4th they're basically the same. Just more numbers on Brandish-like skills (IS and RB)
What not the only Warrior to use HP potions. Just go Dark Knight or Paladin for you Hero mains, you'll have no regrets. If you love your class, stick with it and deal with it for crying out loud They suck and they're boring. Incoming butthurts.
If we do that, nexon will hear us and give us a revamp after about 4 years time. That's what happened to Drk.
And we're that that weak, we're decent, but just not how good we were used to be.
Oh, I thought this was the thread about the mihile and jett revamp.
I don't see this plan succeeding in the future. Nexon doesn't exactly care about the customer. Although I would like a complete makeover for Hero. It's boring as hell to be honest.
