Dental/Orthopedic Help/Advice please
I don't even know if this relates to dental or orthopedic, but would anyone know a cause of like a pain around the left hinge of the jaw? Because it seems whenever I bite or flex my jaws, the muscles around the left hinge hurt. Anndddd what I could possibly do to reduce the pain?
edit: I've also been told that I grind my teeth at night. And I don't think it was really hurting earlier today...although I DID box with my friend (but we had on gloves and didn't hit face)

maybe it's sore...but I would go check it out since you do grind your teeth. maybe get a teeth guard?

Maybe. But when I yawn, sometimes I feel something in my jaw and it hurts a bit, but I don't think I've dislocated my jaw from yawning..o_o
