A Stat Build for Phantoms? No Raven Persona
I need one. I just came back from about a year-long hiatus, and I was wondering what a good stat build would be since I have no access to the Raven Persona. Still the same, ergo dexless? Or go for low dex? I'm not really funded, so I have to take that into consideration.

With the Tempest patch, secondary stat requirements for equips were removed.
Thus, go all LUK, and press auto-assign from now on since it'll pour everything in your primary stat.
