experienced lifters come
okay all you weightlifters/bodybuilders/powerlifters/oly lifters
I have a question for you, that pertains to my workout
first question, what is personally more tiring/taxing for you? a day of heavy deadlifts or squats. (full squats, thighs break parallel)
secondly....should i do my bb row/t-bar row set after squatting or deadlifting
i do my barbell rows (pendlay style or mark rippetoe style, off the ground each time, with back parallel to floor) and i do my t-bar rows right after bb rows (t-bar rows in corner, all free weight)
Now don't tell me to have 1 special day for my back, im doing those 2 back workouts either after squatting or deadlifting
thank you, your responses are valued

okay thanks, i got all my answers. thank you all
I tend to find squats more exhausting than deadlifts, then again I find my 3x20 squat routine more taxing than 5x5s. Also not quite sure what your 2nd question entails.

I squat ATG and I'd definitely say deep squats are more demanding than deadlifts, at least for me. Form is obviously important to consider; those with poor squatting form would likely be more drained from deadlifts since exertion is not as reliant on form.
Don't quite understand your 2nd question, though.
