Do you care if your oil is virgin or not
I love me some extra virgin olive oil. But I'm weird because I like my canola oil to be virgin too. My motor oil is fine dirty and nasty though.

Virgin means the oil was produced by the use of physical means and no chemical treatment.

it's very important to me if it is not.

Wasabi oil please.

I at least want it to know what it's doing before it starts dripping all over my (baking) sheets, so non-virgin
