Chain Lightning 20
Where can you get Chain Lightning 20? I never see it on basil, and it doesn't show anything that drops it on basil. So where do you get it? From a monster or Gachapon? Also, how much do you think it would cost for Chain Lightning 20? Thanks!

It took a while for me to find mine too. Just wishlist it and check every once in a while.
scan thru the fm's. i always see them in the ludi fm rooms on ch1. That or check basil everyday, usually some one will have one
