I try to go on bike rides often. I don't necessarily always go as often as I hope but something is better than nothing really.

I run a lot, but if I could afford a gym membership or equipment, I would lift

I just started playing water polo and competitive swimming. I usually swim for 2hours on an average day, and I lift a little when i'm not too tired.

Push ups and chin ups here and there when I feel like it.
Soccer and sprints occasionally during school time

But I'm not serious about it.

I'm at the gym about two hours a day. I go every other day religiously. I do about 45 minutes of intense cardio and the rest is doing weights. I'm a girl, so I'm looking to be toned not buff. I have a few pounds I'd like to loose, and that's my goal... to lose those pounds. After that goal is met, my next goal will be to maintain overall fitness.

@shroosmly, siick. good stuff bro.

@qtprincessxoxo, that's a solid set of lifts you got there based on your bw. i'm like 173 pounds, 5'8 and i'm still working on my lifts. how old are you?
similar to @bobscleric - i lift 1.5 hrs 5-7 days a week for rugby, i play for my highschool. We fudged up the playoffs, lost first round. We were #2 in state, im hoping to make A-team starting winger
sounds intense. 5-7 days is a lot though, i presume you're not riding the cycle right? be wary of over training.
and sick! i play high school too, first year actually. i'm playing for a club team in the summer though. toronto scottish rfc =) hooker.

@everlong, something is better than nothing right?

@brofist, so like a 5 day split or what?

@cooldude568, smart. the amount of cardio soccer players need is ridiculous.

@qtprincessxoxo, madcow! aha, what're your lifts looking like?

@common, that's crazy. i wouldn't have stopped. although, fight club is a pretty eye opening movie. i need to rewatch it to grasp its content again lol.

i work out everyday like mad which is why i quit gaming, too much stuff to do including working out of course

quitting gaming does not mean quitting blogging, chatting , etc

I haven't really been working out lately Got kind of lazy lol. I used to run/walk the Rose Bowl (~3 miles) a couple of times a week and I used to play tennis with my friends during the weekends.

But I do leg lifts and crunches every morning and night... Not as much as I should be doing, but hey, it's better than nothing lol.

@yumtoast154, to each their own. sick feeling though

There's not much need for me to work out since I don't eat that much.

I don't care about being physically fit. I know, I suck.
