I cant move items and cash in my accout - Help

From Yesterday hot time I can't move items and cash in my account. I can't also drop items, I can't sell to the merchant but I can buy.Also,in the storage when I try to take out mesos or items, or in the merchant it says "You can't move item or cash from your account plz go to customer support". It happends in all my charachters in the same account. I submit a ticket but some1 can help me now. plz...plz
