If it's a gachable item, where can I gach it from?

looking for one of those :S funding isnt the problem but the only 1 I've seen in weeks (I owl daily) was an cubed epic item one for max mesos and the guy didnt respond to my offer f3

Ele staff 6s are incredibly rare believe me. Expect to be paying over 1bil for even a clean below average one.

These staffs aren't from NLC.. I think nlc just give the wands. 130/70 and the lower lved staffs.
