I have never seen an S ranked Nebulite at all.....Has anyone seen on? How rare are they?

most of the a-ranked nebs in scania were created with a fusion exploit, actually.
OT: i have a feeling nexon is saving the release of them until they need more income for the month. and once that day comes, they'll be released and people will go crazy trying to get them from gachapon. just like with everything else.
Ok thank u guys for the info....i thought they have been out since basil had up their stats....Im like i see lots of A ranked Nebs but no S rank. Do u think that S ranked Nebs will be availble through Gach or just fusion of 2 A ranked nebs?
Ah ok...because i see the stats of them on basil. But man, no one has seen or obtained one before. Must be the rarest thing ever.
