God, I hate that kid. His music is terrible, his singing is worse and don't get me started on his life choices. I hope Bieber converts to Islam so Trump can ban him.

@hyperactivity: fame is a pretty lonely realm of the human experience, nothing really changes up there, it's a strata of people who, due to their media exposure, are forced to live bounded lives in order to retain some level of ordinariness, because of this they have relatively little opportunity or potential to do meaningful or real things cause of "the rules" or whatever, and because of that, there's little resources to inspire them to see things differently, it's somewhat like a vacuum sealed off from real things.
i don't blame celebrities, i'm sure they're just like you and me, it's the media and celebrity culture, the rules, obligations, restrictions, etc
i mean, sure, they have money, but what can you really do with money if you have a camera following you everywhere you go, and millions of people who know you who you've never even met.
it's enough to drive you insane.
there have been some celebrities who have carefully cultivated low key lives so that they can keep things fresh. i guess justin just doesn't know how to tell or get them to piss off because maybe his parents? i mean he was in the business from a relatively young age, maybe he wasn't prepared for fame, he was socialized as an ordinary person up till like 14, then the rest of his socialization occurred infront of everyone, no privacy, no room to make mistakes, you grow up unnaturally and you become somewhat stunted, inept, etc, relative to an ordinary person who has a plethora of space to do whatever they want.
it's ironic that most ordinary people don't realize that they have that kind of freedom 99% of the time, only that 1% of the time when they're reading celebrity trash and think about things somewhat in perspective.
