I personally think it is best to just wait for it to come instead of spending millions for it.
Even if you don't get it, nothing to cry over, it isn't the most fashionable balloon anyway.

Lol it really isn't that rare buts lots of people are still complaining how they didn't get theirs yet
I'll buy for 12mil if you want to sell, because its for mah bro, who doesn't have a basil account... and basil accounts have to be at least 2 weeks old to get balloon, and the last day of event is 13 days from now I MIGHT have 15 mil, and I have a 7% int earring to give, and 20 Ssiws Cheese (you could probably sell for 1-2mil each)
