What lovely customer service

I sent in a ticket regarding a problem I have on my Evan with extra SP that I doubt is supposed to be there, and when I checked the ticket, the 'solution' I was given on a now closed ticket was

"Hello, at this time we have forwarded this information to be looked into further I ask for your patience in this matter.

Take care and have a nice day."

...after 2 days, all they've told me is that they've sent for someone to look into it. Which I had already figured from it's previous 'Work in Progress' status.

Oh, maplestory.. love the game, often times very [i]very[/i] frustrated with the people who control it.

Lol, 2 days. I sent in an email about getting hacked and I got that message that they're looking into it after about 2 weeks, and about 11 months later I got a message that gave me a free hair coupon and 1k MP.

@xxwolfclubxx I am sure that you have heard of Nexon's terrible customer service. Their customer service was even worse one year back. People like you, logging ticket for such a trivial matter contribute as much as trolls do to their ticketing system. I am only noting that the example you used to denounce Nexon's customer service is really stupid. Feel free to be sorry, or not.

Well golly gee, I'm ever so sorry that I have nothing to do with those issues and therefore hadn't put in one of probable thousands of complaints, and instead send tickets to Nexon for them to check whatever bugs and glitches I come across, and get disappointed with useless solutions and closed tickets when I gain questions from whatever they suggested. I'm also ever [i]ever[/i] so sorry to have had you find the large need to even bother with posting on this thread of which you find.. 'retarded'.

If you'd look up, I had said there was a negative affect, a bit a minor one yes but still negative. The negative affect being the constant checking I ended up doing because of the notification for unused SP. Sure, it won't end my world or something stupid like that but it was still annoying.

Nexon needs to make a lot of things able to move through an account.. say, everything? Amiright? Whats the point of all gaining all the supercool stuff if you can't give it to another character w/o a load of trouble >.<

Extra SP doesn't really matter much for Evan, we max out all skills anyway. And Evans also weren't affected by the Job Advancement level changes because they 'Advance' too often It was something annoying during the times of 50+ when I had the extra SP sitting there because the notification was constantly catching my eye making me think I had SP I could use.
