What lovely customer service I sent in a ticket regarding a problem I have on my Evan with extra SP that I doubt is supposed to be there, and when I checked the ticket, the 'solution' I was given on a now closed ticket was "Hello, at this time we have forwarded this information to be looked into further I ask for your patience in this matter. Take care and have a nice day." ...after 2 days, all they've told me is that they've sent for someone to look into it. Which I had already figured from it's previous 'Work in Progress' status. Oh, maplestory.. love the game, often times very [i]very[/i] frustrated with the people who control it.
My computer spoke to me I'm just sitting here eating an ice block, with maplestory site and game, basilmarket and google open, and I hear a girl go 'Servers are up'. I freaked out. WTH?

4th Job Demon Wings Yay for getting myself into a glitch right after getting back on. Lv.102, did the job advance, lost old wings, gained new ones, put mount on hotkey.. nada. No lift off. I get a 'woosh' sound, and a few seconds lag. Rats.
Nexon cash failure I charged $10 worth to my side account via credit card, and I can see it worked when I look in 'Review Purchases' but it's not showing up in-game. It also seems my cash shop is broken as I can't try just buying things or adding to cart and using the 'buy all' to see if it's just a viewing problem.. I submitted a ticket, but I generally take basil/google's word over nexon's. Even if you guys just say "Well, you're screwed". Any help? Or any others with a cs problem this big that can lament their own issues with me?
