Nexon cash failure

I charged $10 worth to my side account via credit card, and I can see it worked when I look in 'Review Purchases' but it's not showing up in-game. It also seems my cash shop is broken as I can't try just buying things or adding to cart and using the 'buy all' to see if it's just a viewing problem.. I submitted a ticket, but I generally take basil/google's word over nexon's. Even if you guys just say "Well, you're screwed". Any help? Or any others with a cs problem this big that can lament their own issues with me?
