Regular Adventurers are getting Cygnus Skills

From the extractions of a [b]certain website[/b], under the ETC category of the items, you can see the items required for making an Ultimate Adventurer and the items to get a Cyguns skill on a Regular Adventurer.

Hope we're getting it in the 0.96 patch =D
(Sucks about the drop rate of the items, yeh, but better something than nothing)
