Currently 4.5k luk, 459 att, with a grand total of 19% att (woo), 97% Luk, 36% Total damage.
I sit at 388k clean. ~430k buffed.
This is basically Reinforced gear, scrolled, RA (Scrolled somewhat) all enhanced to 11 stars with 6-9% stats each. Claw sitting at 165 att. Sup ring + Solid ring, also scrolled +Enhanced. 9% att/Total on both secondary/emblem.
THis should help a little. Around 4650 Luk or 500 att youd hit 400k range, id imagine.

im at 4.4k luk with MW and using a 141 claw, 6% atk in total excluding my links. im sitting at 370k BUFFED.
clean emblem, clean secondary atm

6.4k will get you 400k easy

a perf weapon will get you far

So basically, just keep cubing?

im not a night lord, but this should be correct for all thieves.. my range when i was a shadower + db, everything but a perfect weapon and my range was 400k unbuffed

i cube everything up until a certain percent than cube some more until they are all a little higher.
enhance everything to 12 or 15
get some weapon sets
