The strangest thing that has ever happened me

As Maplestory is down, I am taking this spare time which I have today to write about the strangest thing that ever happened to me last 2x event. I was playing my newly created Demon Slayer, grinding nicely at Aliens 5 with 4x. However, out of nowhere a level 136 shadower appeared and started killing monsters everywhere, leaving almost nothing left for me to kill. Of course I got pretty upset as I was trying to use my time efficiently, and consequently I tried to ks him as well. This went on and on, to the point were you actually start cursing and flaming one another, which led to a decrease in both mine and his fame.
But then, [b]the strangest thing happened.[/b] The shadower leveled up to 137.. He jumped up on one of the ropes, probably putting in his AP and SP, was quiet for a little while and then said, "[i]Dude I'm sorry, I'm not normally the type of guy who does this.[/i]". This ultimately led to him giving me one million mesos out of nowhere, but also, logging onto several of his mules and faming me to compensate. However, that was not the end of it. Somehow, we started talking more and more, and suddenly..
[b]We became friends..?[/b] I learned that his name was Robert, where he lived and etc.
I would also like to quote the last thing he said to me, before logging off, "I have a total of three best maple friends, it is not much, because I chose them wisely. However, David, I'm 100% sure that [b]you[/b] will become one of them.."
To some Maplers out there, this is probably a bit cheesy. However, seeing as I have played Maplestory for at least eight years and got to know hundreds of people - this is probably the most strange one of them all. I never thought that someone who I disliked so much, which ultimately led to a defame, would become one of my very friends.
What did I learn then? Well, 2x event is a horrible event for everyone when it comes to anger management, and the conclusion is: [i]stop judging[/i]. Just because they killsteal you, wether it is at 2x events or not, does not mean that they are bad people..
So now, tell me about the strangest things, or most ridiculous events, or the most amazing friend requests you have ever had in Maplestory. And also, for those who believes you can't get actual friends in Maple, [b]you're dead wrong[/b].
EDIT: For those who finds it weird that I, as a demon slayer, were killstealed by a Shadower. Well, I was around level 65 and he was level 136. Making it impossible for me to killsteal him in any way.

Well, to make it more clear. I was indeed at third job (at that point in time - I was level 65 or so) and he was level 136..! Making it impossible for me to ks him in any way.

I remember meeting my friend after a bad experience in Bera when Renegades first started. This phantom ("Cuestions", another phantom ("RenegadesJay" and I ("iStoleYaSwag" Ksed each other day 1 when Phantoms first came out at the map MP3. Slowly after hours of Ksing each other we became friends slowly talking and somehow trusting each other with many things and talking so many things and creating a nice bond. But just 4 weeks after the release of renegades, Jay ("RenegadesJay"just randomly disappeared and we never knew where he had gone nor had he told anyone. After experiencing that it was kind of a loss and then slowly Rob ("Cuestions"quit maplestory. Due to all my friends leaving Renegades I set out and left for Khaini but haven't encountered anything good here so far that is.~

Well, indeed it was. As I said I've played Maplestory for eight years or more, and I've never ever gotten a friend that way. Didn't even think it was, in fact, possible.

haha, this isn't as uncommon. Similar thing happen to me, KS-war with a Lumi/Demonslayer, and we started realizing what BS it was because we were both 20+ year old players.
I did that once.

This guy kept calling my black character (I'm White IRL) n-----, then we ran into each other later and he started apologizing and said it was because black people are usually mean to him or something. Maplers are bi-polar or something o.o
I always end up loosing my best maple friends due to my d-bag-ish attitude.
Sucks cause I always connected with them more than anyone in real life.
I kinda miss 'em now.

something similar happened to me, someone started ksing me and got me mad but then i found out he was 3% away from lvling so we ended up becoming friends.
