Well I have officialy given up on the VIP dagger lol. I decided to get the 3rd or the Last Unwelcome Dagger for the looks or to sell it later on.

Then @ TS, VIP weapons won't deflate much. 1 try per day for a seemingly hard PQ is pretty nasty. (haven't tried it yet so I wouldn't know if it was hard xD)

Not upgradeable unfortunately. You have to do different pqs to get different ones. I've gotten the 1st unwelcome weapons from the Lv. 30 pq., and 2nd/3rd unwelcome weapons from Lv. 60 pq. I know that the Lv. 120 pq drops VIP weapons but i don't know if it also drops the lower ones.

The PQ can be done as many times as you want... I think? Well at least it's like that for the 30+ PQ. The only problem is finding an open channel.
