what's the fastest place to get a character from 100 to 120? or even a good spot to grind

MPE / Kill Normal Zak Twice [ should get you from 100-124 in both runs]

rnj is the best bet
make sure you do zak and you can do hilla but I wouldnt recommend doing it unless you can kill in less than 5-10 minutes.
MPE also
solo zakum with exp coupons and during 2x, easiest 15 levels. back then was 20 but the bonus exp got nerfed

Pretty much this, you can kill just the arms of zakum if you can't kill the body.
Also there's MPE (monster park extreme) which is great on 2x, don't forget to get you daily tickets to use them on 2x.
