General

Only one character is eligible. If you make a 2nd one it wont have the option for it.

if you make a character and then delete it, you can't get the potion if you make another I think.

I, and at least one other person (who open the thread below) has this problem

No potion quest, the side bar, nor the actual potion itself... tried the process on 2 of my characters already >.<

Nope, from past experiences, I am to create the character, and when I first log in, I get a quest, and that's when the potions show on the side. But, I haven't gotten the quest to begin with. I was disappointed to find that I didn't get these pots, while my new friends did..
