i entered the ghost ship to kill the boss but i forget to do the quest for the budge, so i want to know how i could enter to kill the boss with out the required item ?

Please, Somebody help me. I got the badge but I can't scroll him, idk why. It says "1 enhancement remaining" but when I put him in the enhancement UI it automatically goes to the transfer hammer section. Can somebody tell me why is this happening and why can't I scroll and star my badge?

You need the required item, White Essence. Talk to Ralph the Wanderer and do the quest "The Captain Makes it Happen", or "Lost White Essence" for another one.
