Immediate crash when logging onto Phantom
I already submitted a support ticket to Nexon, but I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this, and if so, how they were able to fix it.
I keep getting this error when I attempt to log onto my Phantom:
Maplestory.exe - Application Error
"The exception unknown software exception (0xe06d7363) occurred in the application at location 0x0000000076E03E28."

-I've never gotten this error before.
-It only happens when I try to play my newly-created Phantom--I can play my OLD Phantom (and all of my other chars) just fine.
-My account isn't suspended or banned--I don't hack or bot or anything like that.
-This happens on both my desktop comp (Win 10 x64) and my laptop (Win 7 x64).
-It happens regardless of how I launch MS (desktop launcher or Nexon launcher).
Anyone have any ideas about this?

I've already submitted a support ticket with Nexon.
One of their support guys told me to repair the install files within the Nexon Launcher, which didn't solve the issue at all.
I tested out something...
I brought a DIFFERENT Phantom (and also a Thunder Breaker) to the same map that my glitched Phantom was in last and was able to successfully re-log onto them both.
So... I don't think the issue has anything to do with the map.
I'm thinking it must have something to do with my new Phantom itself. x_x

iunno sometimes i log on something else then log back on crashing char and it fixes for me
Log a ticket on the Official Nexon forum in the "Stuck" section/thread. They will move your character the next SC

I just tried it, and it crashed again. ~_~
That might be because my Phantom's only lvl 21; I think you have to be over lvl 30 to go to Star Planet.
