Witcher 3 has replaced Maplestory I've basically stopped playing Maplestory actively and put it entirely on hold while I play Witcher 3. This will continue for the foreseeable future. In other words: everyone that has a slight interest in the game should buy it and clear their calendars and figure out ways to skip school.
Game Hype 2015-2016 (Warning: This is a long rambling, meandering very personal/subjective and opinionated blog like post. Avoid and skip it if that bothers you.) Metal Gear Solid: Phantom Pain - Comes out September 1. From what I've read MGS 5 has 200 hours of main story and a MASSIVE open world. If you played Ground Zeroes it's using that same engine, the 'Fox Engine' Batman Arkham Knight Comes out June 23rd. Bigger, more diverse city than they had in Batman Arkham City...which is incredible. Graphics had a massive upgrade as well...and finally vehicles are included, namely the Batmobile. Fallout 4 Yay. Slight concern about the graphics but that's never been Bethesda's strongsuit. They leave that to the modders who do a stunning job. Tis in Boston, which is cool since I live there.
What games are you most looking forward to? ie, through the rest of 2015? The ones I am most looking forward to are Fallout 4, Metal Gear Solid V, Just Cause 3, Assassins Creed Syndicate (somewhat reserved about that one because of the uneven nature of Ubisoft games in the past 2 years...though they seem to have realized their errors, so I have some hope) and maybe Mad Max since I love open world sandbox games. Also Halo 5. And Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer looks cool. I wish that there was a section for Video Games in general...or even Console games. Witcher 3 I can't begin to describe how excited I am about this game. I've been following the news about it since the first reports came out about it around 3 years ago. I'm a big fan of the previous Witcher games and this one just looks to be genuinely awe inspiring for people that enjoy fantasy rpg's and open world sandbox games. Back when Skyrim came out it literally dominated all of my free time for months...I quit maplestory for it and didn't look back once. I'm guessing this will probably trigger a similar reaction for me, lol. I just can't wait for this game to come out. <3
