Lightning Charge will still be best charge Why? Because with Void Elemental, Lightning Charge's damage will be (250% + 210%) 460%. For Holy Charge, at max level (30), it will only be 405%. I don't even see why I should give HC any SP at all, I could spend it on Heaven's Hammer instead.
