Forgot login email/ID password for MapleStory Hi all, so i've played back in 0.62, recently came back, I have a few bill on my accounts, other rare items that were only available in 0.62, and I have forgetton my login details, I have tried sending a support ticket to nexon, they auto closed one of my tickets and I have tried again, I may have purchased NX on the account, so I put my paypal ID and name into the ticket. I'm unsure on what to really do but thats alot of money gone and wasted :( Last time I played was in 2011, lol. Please help me.
Verification BUG PLEASE HELP Title says it, when I try and logon my account says i need to verify it, and i was only using my account the other day, I tried to verify it, but when i click the verifcation link, it asks me to change pw, then after that i relogin to website and it says it needs to be verified again, its like a loop. And it happens on every account i try, Please if you have this problem or if you have had this problem before, please let me know, thankyou~! edit; Yes i have tried Game Launcher, it tells me to reactivate my account via Nexon Website. No, my account isn't old, was using it 2 days ago, the same day the problem started.
