Double-click to get a random monster of 1 star or more in the Monster Collection book. Victoria Monsterbloom: Untradeable. Double-click to get a random monster from Victoria Island in the Monster Collection book. However, it doesn't say how you can obtain them, as only Ice Golem and Prime Minister have monsterbloom rewards in the monster collection.
