Lagging like crazy on a Mac Hi guys, I'm using Bootcamp to play Maple on a Windows 7 64-bit Professional partition. I dedicated 60 GB to it and, with Maple already installed, I have 30GB free: it doesn't seem like I need to put more gigs into my partition. Lagging all over everywhere, though. Portals are slow, talking to people is slow, waiting for monsters to die after I've killed them is slow. Especially slow is picking up items: I have to hit the button about 15 times to maybe get one of three items. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not in populated maps, and I've tried different channels with no difference. The only other program I have running on my partition is Chrome. Maple on Mac Problem Parallels I've read the Mac guide, but this is a newer problem. I'm using Parallels on my Macbook Air and, when I tried to run Maple, I got this error: I remember this happening to me before, months ago. Has anyone found a solution? Thanks!
Bootcamp Partition on a Mac Hi everyone, About to install Windows 7 64-bit onto my Macbook Air with Bootcamp. I'm only installing Windows 7 for Maple-- I won't use the Windows side of my computer for anything else. How many GB should I give the partition? I want Maple to run smoothly and effectively but I don't want to take away too much storage from the rest of my Mac. I have about 64 GB free. Thanks in advance!
