[Sizzling Santa] Sleigh Builder 2 not completing? I've done over 15 PQ's, but it won't let me turn in the quest to Miro. Is anyone else having this problem, or did I glitch out?

Tristans Pupil quest I'm doing the quest called "Tristan's Pupil" for Dual Blade. I was told to talk to Mu Young and get Tristan's Keepsake, but when I talk to her she has a uncompleted quest icon above her head. All she says is, "Can you hear my master's voice? He shows up here all the time, even if he's a ghost. Your lightbulb icon seems to be picking up a strange voice." There is also a portal to the left, but when I try to go through it, it says in chat, "Tristan's Spirit: You do not have what it takes to leave this area yet." Help? I've tried everything to complete this quest
