What is your diet? So recently I've become more conscious of my eating habits and now am trying to eat more healthy foods. Although I'm still a bit clueless on which foods to avoid and which to eat, therefore I'm still yet to find a good diet. I've been told to avoid all dairy/cheese products, soy products, wheat+yeast products, nuts, walnuts, cashews, bananas + citrus fruits, ham+salami and of course all junk food. Which makes it pretty hard for me to decide on what to eat throughout the day. So I'm more so interested on what you guys eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
