Why have I been banned >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< Nexon..... why did u ban me I haven't done anything wrong! >.< >.< >.< can someone give me advice on how to get unbanned please. I was a victim of a glitch regard pushing and pulling moves, namely, my BaM's Dark chain, sometimes it lagged and i would get "disconnected by the GM police for the Hack reason" and now my car ranks are rookie and when i choose a channel at the channel select screen my game disconnects. i regularly send tickets, about once every one or two days and not once have they been addressed..... plz i need help, i need to get on before legend patch. :~( :~( :~( :~( :~( Any help is appreciated, thanks.

omg help plz >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< I keep on getting a message saying 'you have disconnected from the log in server. please try again later' message whenever I select a channel after chosing a world on the log in server. I just quits the game and displays the message in that grey box >.< >.< >.< >.< >.<. How to update your characters on basil? basically the title, my BaM is now lvl 103 and has ele staff 3 equiped and i can't even show off! =) every time I click the update button it doesnt change please help!
