DVD Player Problem I put a bagel in my DVD player and it didn't toast it! What am i doing wrong?

Maple Success (And Failure) Stories lol so what are just some awesome and suckish things that happened to you? mine awesome thing is (today) i was hunting electrophants for the ReVersal quest that gives you a 70% GFA, while i was hunting them a 60% GFA dropped. :P my suckish (i have great adjectives, don't i?) is that i sold a GFA for 900k :(
red coins for inkwell? what is that red coin that is used to buy stuff from inkwell (and i presume inkie or whatever too)? is it something that will be revealed later on in the summer or is the event in effect right now? and how can i get these coins in the first place?

maplestory Problem (windows 7) ok so heres the deal. when mechanics came in (yes that long ago) my maplestory stopped working. it was working before the patch, but then when i patched it, it stopped working. when i say "stopped" i mean nothing happens when i press "start game" on the site. NOTHING. no error message, no hackshield, nothing. the only thing that happens is my task manager registers that maplestory in running in processes. i am currently using windows 7 ultimate x64 and i use google chrome, if that makes any difference (i tried using IE, it still didnt work) dont give me things like "ZOMG DUDE RSTRT URZ COMPUTEZ". honestly, i wouldnt be posting this if i havent done that already.
