holding down attack keys on ctrl shift and alt doesnt work
As my title states, I cannot hold down either a shift, ctrl or alt key to initiate a continuous action on maplestory.
I've unchecked everything in the sticky key settings, but the problem still occurs in the client.
I've actually checked several threads regarding this issue but could not find a solution. However, I've made this thread in hopes to see if anyone has found a solution for it recently.
My laptop's OS is windows 7, and from what I've seen, this was a common trait in all of those who are sharing the same issue as I do.

Ah, sorry for misunderstanding before.

Oh then nevermind =o That's weird, never experienced something like that =O!
It's not whether I can attack or not at all, but the fact that I can't do it repeatedly.
For example, when I use paralyze on my f/p and hold the skill key down, it only uses the skill once then just cuts off there, no matter how long I hold it down.
With the jumping, same thing. Jump once then it just cuts off.
That happened to me before, I couldn't attack, jump or even chat. What I did was going to CS or ALT+TAB and then TAB it back most of the times fixed that.
i dont have an issue

@reedpipes: Actually this is a computer I got from a friend for cheap. Installed maple today to find out that this problem occurs :s

aww lol. that must be horrible, having to play all classes like an aran. Training must be hell
I don't have this issue at all.

I meant as in the attack stops after casting once. Meaning I need to repeatedly press the buttons for consecutive attacks.

I believe she means more than one consecutive attack. Like how people hold attack down to break boxes and such.

For jumping: Not sure, my continuous one works and I'm using Windows7
For NPC chat: It works fine for me.
