Dual Blade Inner Ability
I was fortunate enough to get +1 attack speed inner on my shad before swapping to DB. Im curious whether or not i should keep it or reroll and try for duration on first line. I do have DSI gloves as well so i'd be at 1 attack speed even without the inner

Keep the IA Speed Attack line, you will regret if you reset it later on. I got it on my NL since last week
I don't have DSI but I don't need it anymore either. I don't want to switch gloves, it is more convenient with MPE green potion + IA Speed Attack.
I would keep it if I was you because the line is hard to come by. I personally kept that over buff durations u can always farm honor lateron
The +1 speed inner allows you to reach the hard speed cap with a MPE potion and without needing to switch gloves for DSI. It's a convenience thing, but I think it's worth keeping.
DSI + MPE green is the hard speed cap for DBs the +1 speed inner ability does you no good sadly. Get %buff duration. You don't need much %buff duration, I personally only have 24% and I have perma FC easily. So just lock the +1 speed line and roll for a 24%buff+ line.
I don't know about dual blade's speed cap! However, it is necessary in my opinion!
Reroll for 2nd/3rd line for Buff duration! Also, do not forget mechanic's character card
I'd say +1 speed on inner, and then cube for buff duration (I think they have that?)
