Go there through the interdimensional door.
The PQ is very easy, it takes 4-6 minutes per PQ.
They're expensive because they have to be soked to traded, which adds to their value, and because they're one of the few eye accessories in the game.
3 line glasses are especially valuable because of the potential they can have when cubed.
i think its 30.
