Can someone help me with a HackShield Problem?
I have windows 7 64bit. Up until about 2 weeks ago, Maplestory, HakcShield, and everything ran perfect. Then suddenly, HackShield decides to crap out. It tries loading like 3 times in a row, then it stops and gives me an error message. The error is "0x30000030(805306416) Cannot connect to server". I tried a few things on my own a few times then contacted the Nexon help thing. A GM replied in about 3 days and told me to do the very same things I've been trying for a few days. I take my laptop to the IT people at my school and they try a few things. It's talking and connecting to multiple servers, so it's connecting. I've deleted and redownloaded MS like 10 times, each time deleting EVERYTHING Nexon related, even Dungeon Fighter. I've played around with my firewalls in every way conceivable... I am not stupid towards computers, so I know how to do that stuff. I have done EVERYTHING! Maybe there is something that I've missed. I hope someone here can help me. I also filed this under Non-MS Tech because HackShield isn't MapleStory, it' from an entirely different company. So, can someone help me out? Been playing for just over 5 years, so I really don't want to give this up!

The error means Hackshield can't connect to their servers to check for Hackshield updates for some reason, so it error out and won't load Maple. But if you can reach other sites, it means your Internet is working ok.
Try flushing your DNS cache and see if that helps. Open a Windows Command Prompt window and type in: ipconfig /flushdns[/quote]
i havent tried playing dfo in about 2 months.i got a little bored of it once i got my sin to 70.the it's say that its connectng properly with every single server it touched.even the final one it touched before it gave up.so,im guessing its touching and connecting with all of the proper servers.ill try clearing the dns,youll get a pm from me if it didnt work.i wont leave a comment here,i dont wanna swamp this thread with my responses/
