@Akaizer I submitted a ticket, and posted a thread on this on the game forums last week.
still no reply to any of them by nexon ppl.
someone in the thread had mentioned they already did the same before I did too, and still no reply either.

so for now we just hope they fix it before our tags expire...

try clicking on the item tag?
if that doesn't work, try the new scrolling system

Would it work if you equip the Heart, then name tag it and after that use an Innocence scroll? The heart is probably scrolled already with those Unleashed Scrolls?
