The ratio is different. If you're lukless, get % int. Otherwise get m.att.
it depends on your level, but ultimately, % int is much more important than m.atk. I'd say at 125 if you're lukless, the ratio is about 2atk for every 1% int.
If its just + int and not percent int then probably the magic attack would win. It all depends on your stats how much magic atk = 1 int
