Report where u can get potential scrolls
Since it's kinda hard and we don't necessairly know where to get potential scrolls in Reboot server, type in this thread where ( boss or quest) that gives some as a reward.
I'll update the thread over time
Mentionned locations:
-Elite Boss :50% Epic potential scroll
-Evo lab: Potential scroll
-Normal monster (very rare): Potential scroll
-Ninja Castle quest: Potential scroll
Stamps:
-Elite Boss :50% and 80% stamps

@kevin: Stamps are from elite bosses as well. I get gold/silver pot stamps very commonly.

I've had one from a normal mob drop (literally only one out of thousands of kills)
You can get them from Evo Lab
You can get them from elite boxes.
Elite bosses can give 50% Epic pot scrolls
