If you click the "Contact" link in the bottom right corner of any Basilmarket page, then select "Someone left false feedback" as the subject, you can send a ticket directly to
Mr. Basil and explain what happened and request the negative feedback be removed. Be sure to paste the links to the screenshots into the text of the ticket so he can see what went on.

report that user to basilmarket admins they would probably take away their auction rights for false feedback
