Can I use Video Game Music Youtube Videos
Hey guys. I have a youtube channel that I post videos on weekly. I was wondering if I could play video game music in the background? Thanks! Was thinking of putting Street Fighter EX3 Precious Heart music haha.

Yes, you can. However you need to put the 'fair use' disclaimer in the description if you really don't want to get caught.
Getting caught is so slim that you can skip over this entierly but just know that you can get caught, but you more than likely won't. Even if you monetize it, YouTube can't check every video.
One more thing: your audio could get muted if they have someone has a copyright claim (most likely won't but still possible). Once it gets muted you can't monetize it at all.

yes while in gameplay mute the music etc from settings and play the video, I listen to my itunes playlist when I play
