Ocd with negative thoughts

Does anyone else have OCD with negative thoughts. If I have a bad thought in my mind I have to think of something thats the opposite of it. Also if I am doing something important I have to start from scratch. Today when I was driving I thought of something bad and had to pull over and get out of the car and think of something positive and then get back in the car. I am so weird lol. Anyone else experience this?

Thanks.

Frequently, yes. Though, I've learned to suppress any external reactions to them.

Of course, not everyone can actually do that. If it's affecting everyday life routines, then I'd highly suggest psychiatric help.

DANG BRO, you need to **** something lol.
I remember when I accidentally went into on coming traffic LOL boy was I lucky to not die.
The times I have my worse bout of negativity are during the end of my workouts or during the end of the day.
My muscles don't want to move, I'm sluggish, alotta of the times i subconsciously repeat the word quit when I want to give up,
you just need to snap out of it. I think about my family a lot when things get tough, and I sorta just repeat their names in my head.

I drown inside a mindset full of depressing thoughts about life and success.
Everyday is a chore and I find no reason to wake up each day
but to walk through this waking death full of hardship and responsibility.

That's as close as I can relate to you.
