Problem with iPhone 6 youtube

Hey guys. I just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem. When I watch a video on safari on my iPhone 6, the fast forward and reverse buttons don't work. It's so annoying when I am trying to rewatch a part of the video without having to slide the bar on the top. I know first world problems...
