If you just want to do it quick, do Magatia (18/20/22?), Mu Lung (24/25) and Leafre (27?) daily, will net you like 140. The other ones in Ludi can be done, but they aren't worth the time unless you're desperate.

Ariant is really good you get plenty 3 quests in one area so its all good
