I don't have any professions so I can't craft/fuse

You should just craft a level 70~100 weapon. Then hunt in evolution world for level 90+ stuff.

As for top/bot/overall, buy or craft the level 40 top/bots, and then fuse them until you get %dex for them.

Zinpangu is the world tour thing

Singapore is via an airplane in Kerning.

Personally Id just farm for those equips.

I think Zinpangu or Singapore...not 100% sure, outside of that you have to make it via profession or buy.
