If it has 162 att, 30% spell traces will be 300att star by the 12th star.

There are two weapons in the game that have 300+ attack right of the bat: the Liberated Kaiserium and Alicia's Brilliance
The easiest weapon to get to 300+ with scrolling is Zero Beta's (female) Great Sword. That weapon has the highest base attack of any regular scrollable weapons
Depends on the weapon, some start with higher att than others but for the most part prime scrolls will almost every weapon over 300 att after 15 stars.
Spell traces, using the 15% scrolls from it. They're +9 attack each with 4 main stat. It's best to do it during fever time. We have some coming this weekend I believe or the weekend after. I forget which. Then simply enhance it with star force to 12-15 stars. Almost all weapons can hit 300+ attack, besides claws.
Depends on your budget. If you want the most optimal results, you can use prime scrolls. If that's what you want I can give you a little guide
